What we collect

When you enquire we collect the name, email address, phone number and project details you choose to send. If you become a client we also hold the manuscript and related files needed to do the work.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, quote for work, deliver a project you have commissioned, and keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Your manuscript

Material you send remains your copyright at all times. It is shared only with the editors, designers and production staff assigned to your project, all of whom are bound by confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project files are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and contractual record keeping, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@mediastryde.com and we will respond within thirty days.
