Quotes and scope

Every quote states the work included and the price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and started only once you have approved it. A quote is valid for thirty days.

Ownership

You own the finished work. Copyright in your manuscript is yours throughout, and full rights in commissioned material — cover artwork, interior files, audio masters — transfer to you on final payment.

Revisions

Each service states the number of revision rounds included. Further rounds are available and charged at the rate quoted at the time.

Schedules

Timelines assume feedback and approvals arrive within the agreed window. Delays in approval move the delivery date by the same amount.

Payment

Projects begin on receipt of the deposit stated in your quote, with the balance due at agreed milestones. Final files are released once the balance is settled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. You are charged for work completed up to that point and receive everything produced so far.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee sales figures, rankings, reviews or bestseller status. Retailers control listings, pricing display and availability, and their decisions are outside our control.

Independence

Mediastryde is an independent publishing services company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Amazon or any other retailer. Where we publish on your behalf we do so through accounts registered in your name.
