Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to work carried out by Mediastryde. Individual projects are also governed by the written scope and quotation agreed for that project, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for information. You may not copy, republish or resell it without permission. We may change or remove content at any time.
Quotations and scope
Every project is quoted in writing, with the scope, deliverables, timeline, revision count and payment terms stated. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
A portion of the fee is payable in advance, as stated in your quotation, before work starts. Remaining payments follow the schedule in that document. Final files and full ownership transfer on final payment.
Timelines
Delivery dates assume timely feedback, approvals and materials from you. Where those are delayed, timelines move accordingly — we will tell you when this happens rather than after the fact.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced for you transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Liability
We deliver work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific commercial results — no honest agency can. Our liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
